Can you guess my nickname from the picture above? THE BEAR. God knows why but there you go.

I am a big fan of all motorsport especially F1. World Superbikes, Grand Prix bikes, Rallying all fantastic.

My life style has been based around body building and strength training. I have just endured a long break from training but hopefully this year will see me back in great shape.

I am from the North West of England and proud of it. Although I do not like the direction the country is going and feel a return to America is on the cards!

I have been involved in the motor industry since I left school but feel I should now use my Law degree to progress in other directions.

Well enjoy the site. What a fantastic tournament the rugby world cup was. Thankfully England did it. Beating the Aussies made it all the more sweet . Went to the weightlifting at the Commonwealth Games and had a great time. Schuey has done it again but hes still a lucky b*****d! The WSB and Moto GP are good viewing, try it. Rossi is a legend.

So moving on life after Shuey in F1 is looking great with the young Hamilton showing a few people the way!

Nothing needs be said about the rugby. The next World Cup is immenent but England are distant also rans I m afraid. Hey how wrong we were. The boys did great lets hope the young team keep it up.

Just read the beginning of this piece, obviously written before my accident. Life is a lot different now. Back training as best I can. Pushing my self with the businesses its all go!! In a way the accident changed my life for the better!!?
